II. Delivery, Receipt, and Inspection Policy:
1. Customers within Vietnam:
- For courses with accompanying hardcopy materials, customers in Ho Chi Minh City can expect delivery within 1-2 business days after the order is processed.
- For customers in distant provinces, delivery is estimated between 3 - 7 days, subject to varying conditions such as weather and transportation.
- Delivery time is calculated from the date the customer receives the successful payment confirmation email.
2. Customers outside Vietnam:
We currently do not provide document delivery services for customers outside Vietnam. We will directly communicate with each customer to discuss and determine the most suitable delivery method.
3. Delivery Fee:
- Free delivery is applicable for cases within the inner city of Ho Chi Minh City.
- For customers outside the city/provinces, delivery fees will be based on the transportation service provider's shipping rates
4. Inspection Policy:
- KiWiMi DOES NOT ALLOW INSPECTION OF GOODS (No joint inspection) to prevent the possibility of exchanging goods inside. If any issues arise upon receiving the goods, customers can immediately call the Hotline at 0977.770.100 - 0985.421.341 for KiWiMi's prompt assistance.
